Symphony of a Soft Breeze (2001)

Chihiro, a brilliant surgeon with a flawless façade, secretly spirals into addiction and hallucinations. When the new staff member Wataru arrives, Chihiro becomes increasingly drawn to him—blurring the line between reality and fantasy.
